Imagine someone said to you, "I'd like you to be in my biological experiment. I'm going to expose you and your family to a type of radiation that has been linked to cancer, brain tumors, leukemia, depression, Autism, headaches, fibromyaligia, miscarriages, infertility, insomnia, Alzheimer's, hearing loss and a bunch of other conditions; you won't be able to hear, see, taste or smell it: I'm going to increase your exposure every year, and if you get sick, you won't be able to sue me."

Thanks to the Federal Communications Act of 1996, communities can't say "no" to a tower citing health concerns.
